Running social media for one brand is a job. Running it for eight is a logistics problem, and missed approvals, posts on the wrong account and Friday-afternoon scrambles usually come from the process rather than a lack of effort. The Social Content Scheduler gives every client the same calendar and the same workflow, so anyone on your team can pick up any account.
Who it's for
- Agencies managing social media for several clients at once
- Freelance social media managers who plan a month ahead and need client sign-off
- Small in-house teams posting to more than one platform
Key features
- One calendar per client: see each client's month at a glance, in the client's own time zone, and spot gaps before they become last-minute posts.
- Cross-platform planning: plan posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok from one place.
- Client approval links: send each client a private review link. They approve posts or ask for changes with a comment, no account needed, and every decision is kept on the post.
- Post status tracking: each post moves from Draft to In review, Approved and Published, so everyone knows what's waiting on whom. Editing an approved post sends it back to draft, so nothing goes out that the client hasn't seen.
- Per-platform versions: adapt the copy for each network, with live character and hashtag limits, instead of pasting the same post everywhere.
- Content pillars: tag posts by theme and check the month's mix, so a feed doesn't quietly turn into 80% promotions.
- Batch planning: draft a whole month in one sitting, then send it for review or approve it in bulk.
- Publishing reminders: a daily email and an in-app queue list the approved posts due to go out, with their copy ready to paste. Export any month as CSV.
How it works
- Set up each client with their time zone, platforms and content pillars.
- Draft the month's posts, tag them by pillar and send them for approval with the client's review link.
- When an approved post is due, copy each platform's version, post it or queue it in the platform's own scheduler, and mark it published.

Log inFrequently asked questions
- Which social networks does it support?
- You can plan posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok from one calendar, with platform-specific copy and character limits for each.
- Does it post to the networks automatically?
- No. The scheduler handles planning, approval and reminders. When a post is due, you copy each platform's version and post it, or queue it in the platform's own scheduler, then mark it published. Nothing needs access to your clients' social accounts.
- Can I manage several clients?
- Yes. Each client gets their own calendar, time zone, platforms and content pillars, and every calendar works the same way, so your whole team can pick up any account.
- Can clients approve posts before they go out?
- Yes. Send each client their private review link. They can approve a post or request changes with a comment, without creating an account. If you edit a post after it's approved, it goes back to draft for another review.
- Is the scheduler sold separately?
- No. It's included in the Devcom Digital subscription together with every other tool in the suite.
