Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, with no fees and nothing to call.

  • Future payments stop as soon as you cancel.
  • Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
  • When that period ends, your license key is deactivated.

You can also cancel from your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Automatic payments.

Deleting your account from your profile page also cancels your subscription. Unlike a normal cancellation, access ends immediately, and time already paid for isn't refunded. If you just want to stop paying, cancel instead.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Refunds

Because you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, we don't normally refund partial billing periods.

We will refund you in full if:

  • you were charged in error, for example a duplicate payment or a charge after you cancelled; or
  • you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription.

We may also refund in other cases at our discretion, for example after a long service outage. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

How to request a refund

Email support@devcomdigital.com from the address on your account with:

  1. the date and amount of the charge;
  2. your PayPal transaction ID, if you have it;
  3. the reason for the request.

We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on PayPal and your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or a chargeback; it's usually faster. Accounts with open disputes may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
